to C.C. Catering at The Opera House!
On the
following pages, you will find menus and prices specific to catering
at The Opera House. All prices include heavy-duty, quality disposable
dinner-ware; chafing dishes and serving utensils; and server(s) to
tend the buffet line and clear tables for one hour. China service is
also available. Servers can also be hired to stay for longer than one hour.
A
non-refundable $500 deposit is required for events over 100 guests,
$200 for less than 100 guests. All payments for our services are made
directly to C.C. Catering, Inc. Final balance is due the day of your
event or before. Credit card payments must be made in person at C.C.
Catering prior to your event. Gratuities are appreciated. A minimum
$50 per staff will be added to your invoice. A 15% gratuity will be
added when our servers are handling china.
C.C. Catering
prides itself on having a full selection when your last guests are
going through the line. Guests are welcome to second helpings.
Unexpected arrivals are welcome to eat and will be added to the
invoice. As long as your count is accurate, you will not run out of food.
Menu
selections can be customized to meet your needs and tastes.
Substitutions with similar priced items are welcome. You are also
welcome to create your own menu. The final price will reflect your
choices. Please discuss all options and questions with a chef,
including dietary and allergy information.
