Andy or Tim, It was in January '99 that I first talked to you about catering our family reunion for May. That date has come and gone, but your excellent food and service that day for our picnic was perfect, and I want to thank you for a very successful picnic luncheon which we all enjoyed! We had selected the Buffet Sample menu and it was a perfect choice for our group. Each entree was especially good and the Sauerkraut and Kielbasa extremely popular. The young woman in charge of serving the buffet table did an exceptionally good job of keeping everything neat and attractive to the very end. She was pleasant to work with and even kept the tables cleared of dirty plates.
